When feeling stuck or uninspired, I've found that it's most helpful to just get to work anyways—get moving.

Momentum tends to take over after that.

I used the album to explore different types of movement, whether it be locomotive (how we get around) or interpersonal (how we move in and out of each others’ lives).

I hope this album inspires the listener to:
1) take action rather than stay still,
2) create rather than stifle, and
3) play rather than work.

(Recorded in a bedroom in La Crosse, WI between November 2018 and January 2019.)
